Yes on US orders over £650. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from the item and your address.

How long will delivery take?

Ships in 1 to 2 business days, arrives in 3 to 7.

Can I return it if it is not right?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the piece is unused and in its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns the return shipping is yours, and a restocking fee may apply to large or freight items; we tell you the exact figure before you commit.

What if it arrives damaged?

Inspect the piece on arrival and note any damage before signing for a freight delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Will the wood look exactly like the photos?

No two pieces are identical. Solid wood carries its own grain, tone and small marks, and a hand-applied finish varies a little from piece to piece. Treat the photographs as a close guide rather than an exact match.
